There are so many areas of our lives we want to stand up for what matters, and to express what is true and important for us. So what gets in the way of doing exactly that? For many of us, speaking up comes laden with fears and hesitations that mean we either dampen down our message or we don't speak at all. In this workshop, we look at what gets in the way of us standing up and speaking from our authentic, true selves. We will explore the common blocks that sit underneath the hesitation and how understanding and bringing these in is absolutely key.
